Clip-in & Halo Extensions (Non permanent extensions - can be removed daily)

• Clip-in extensions & Halo extensions are the fastest and most convenient way to achieve the appearance of natural luscious, bouncy real hair that you desire, in any colour, style or length.
• For clip ins: No chemicals, heat or pressure to apply—they simply clip onto your hair with ease so there is zero damage to your natural hair. This is one of the many reasons why it’s one of the most popular hair extension methods
• clip the hair extensions in & secure them properly, and you’re ready to go. The clips should run along the horizontal section of your head where you want to clip them in. Depending on the length and volume of your natural hair. if you require just length then 1/2 a set will be adequate, however, should you require volume as well, then we recommend a full set of our Clip-ins
• For Halo: No chemicals, heat or pressure to apply (nor clips) ... EVERY GIRL DESERVES THIS! Simply place the Halo Weft, attached with an invisible band, over your head, like a halo, sitting around 1 to 3 fingers behind the hairline. secure, fix your hair so that it is up and over the invisible band, and brush your hair over the halo.

Tape-in (semi-permanent extensions)

• This is a relatively new method & one of the simplest methods to install
• Tape-in extensions are wefts, rather than individual strands, that use transparent, Ultra Hold adhesive tape, to attach the extensions to the head. They’re typically preferred for their shorter installation time and flat, seamless appearance & super comfortable to wear.
• Our Tape-In's are well suited for fine and thin hair. This is a great option if your stylist says your hair is too fine & thin for keratin or micro bond strands.
• Tape-in extensions are pretty much like the clip-in extensions, in that they are quick and easy to install & wear.
• Our Tape-in extensions use “double-sided tape,” which allows you to secure the extensions seamlessly, onto your natural hair.
• Are considered semi-permanent hair extensions, as they get attached to your own hair, as close as possible to the scalp, in a semi-permanent way, so that you cannot remove them without professional assistance. As your hair grows (usually 1 cm per month), the extensions move further away from the scalp and would need to be re-attached by a qualified hair stylist specializing in semi-permanent extensions. (every 6-8 weeks)
• For a fuller look, the extensions can be placed on top of one another.
• To Remove, the professional stylist will use 90% proof Alcohol. Works fast on removing Tape In extensions and leaves no residue on the extensions, or your natural hair, and slides out easily causing no damage
• The new tape can be applied right after the old tape is removed after the alcohol dries. With pure alcohol, there is no need to wash the extensions to remove oil since there is no oil in this product

Keratin Bond (Fusion Bonding)Second most permanent of all hair extension types (sew-in of weaves being the most permanent of all)

Installation Time: ± 3 hours by a professional

Maintenance: every 3 to 4 months by a professional. Hair is reusable (see maintenance tab for details)  

• One of the oldest, tried-and-true techniques in the world of hair. It’s gained and kept popularity for its natural appearance, long-lasting durability, low maintenance and simple removal process.
• If you’re planning to wear hair extensions for a much longer period of time and consistently, then keratin bonds are a good option for you. (if you have extremely fine hair then consult with your stylist, else refer our Tape in's, above as a good option for you.)
• Involves a professional stylist, trained in hair extensions, installing the keratin strands, near the roots of your hair, using our heating iron (not expensive at all) and gently moulding the keratin tips into your natural hair. When it cools, the keratin hardens again, creating a sealed, durable bond. These small bonds are attached strand by strand, row by row, starting at the base of the head and working up the sides and back of the head. Once finished, the bonds lie completely flat against the head and are covered by the upper layers. this ensures that the keratin bond joins are not visible to a third party.
• Not only does it ensure firm attachment of your extensions, but it also blends and appears more natural together with your own hair.
• Are considered more permanent hair extensions, as they get attached to your own hair, as close as possible to the scalp, in a more permanent way, so that you cannot remove them without professional assistance. As your hair grows (usually 1 cm per month), the extensions move further away from the scalp and would need to be re-attached by a qualified hair stylist specializing in semi-permanent to more permanent extensions.
• To Remove, the professional stylist, will use 90& proof Alcohol. Works fast on removing Keratin Strand extensions and leaves no residue on extensions, or your natural hair, and slides out easily causing no damage

Micro Bond (semi-permanent extensions)

• Involves a professional stylist, trained in hair extensions. Micro Bond, strand extensions, use tiny Micro Bonds, layered with silicone, to attach extensions to your natural hair. The bonds are then crimped down, using our hair extension plier tool, to hold the hair in place after the bond is threaded into your natural hair, near the scalp area. These small bonds are attached strand by strand, row by row, starting at the base of the head and working up the sides and back of the head. Once finished, the bonds lie completely flat against the head and are covered by the upper layers. this ensures that the micro bond joins are not visible to a third party. Micro Bond extensions require consistent touch-ups, every 6 to 8 weeks
• If you’re planning to wear hair extensions, for a relatively long time and consistently, then micro-bonds are a good option for you. (if you have extremely fine hair then consult with your stylist, else refer our Tape in's, above as a good option for you.)
• Not only does it ensure firm attachment of your extensions, but it also blends and appears more natural together with your own hair.

Weft Hair  with or without a closure (Sewn-In/ Braided) Most Permanent of all hair extension methods

Installation Time: ± 3 hours by a professional

• No chemicals, heat or pressure to apply wefts & closures using the (Sewn-In/ Braided) technique
• Weave hair is applied by braiding the natural hair into cornrows first, then using a needle and thread to sew the weave into the braid or cornrow. Weave hair extensions are predominantly used for people with thicker hair because of the way they are applied, it doesn’t work well with thin or lighter hair.
• A lace closure can be added. it is a small patch of lace with vented hair. It is typically worn alongside sewn-in wefts or tracks to mimic the look of a natural hair line (versatile styling) & to cover bald spots. In order to install a lace closure, you need to have your hair cornrowed by a professional, then covered with a weaving hair net. Once your stylist has installed the closure, they can sew in your wefts or tracks as usual, per above.
• Both these methods above are applied by an experienced hairdresser, as it is a very technical and difficult application that needs to be sewn in by a professional.
• Lace Wigs & Lace Frontals are often sewn into cornrows, the same way, however, the hair comes in one piece, as opposed to separate wefts. This method is the most permanent and seamless, as the wigs & frontals are literally sewn into your own hair and cannot come off.
• To Remove, the professional stylist, will loosen & remove the stitching which leaves no residue on extensions, or your natural hair IE zero damage

• Our lace wig & frontals can be sewn-in as described above for longer durability and stronger grip (lower maintenance) or attached with the assistance of walker adhesives (liquid & tape). which are applied to the hairline area.
• Your natural hair is first platted, to keep it compact and out for the way, and to make your hairline more visible.
• The liquid adhesive (more popular than tape, as has a much stronger hold) is applied to your hairline. Once the adhesive has dried (± 45 minutes), the wig is affixed to the area where the glue has been applied on the hairline, creating a tight bond which keeps the lace wig in place on the head.
• All our lace wigs come, by default with "baby hair" around the temple areas, which is used to cover up any visible signs of lace on the forehead, and the baby hair also helps to create a realistic hairline. Once applied the wig can stay in place for few weeks at a time
• To Remove, the professional stylist will use 90% proof Alcohol. Works fast on removing the adhesive from the Lace wig or Frontal & leaves no residue on skin or your natural hair, and is removed easily causing no damage

Lace Closures  stitched or applied using walker adhesive (semi - permanent)

• closures are added to the top or sides of your hair or hair weave and can be parted to any side after installation – this helps to protect your natural hair line.
• Our lace closures can be sewn-in as described above for longer durability and stronger grip (lower maintenance) or attached with the assistance of walker adhesives (liquid & tape). which are applied to the hairline area.
• Your natural hair is first platted, to keep it compact and out for the way, and to make your hairline more visible.
• A weave is added see weave installation
• the closure is laid over your braids and lined up with the hairline. this way the stylist will know how much of the extra lace need to cut off. Then the stylist will use hair clips to pin the lace closure in place before sewing or glue in it down.
• the extra lace, is cut off careful, not too close to the hair line. Then the stylist will tease some of your own baby hairs and push them just in front of the lace closure. Then the stylist proceed to sew or glue the closure to your braids.
• the closure must be sewn down or glued tight and flat. If it’s loose, it won’t look good at all. The stylist must check and make sure the closure isn’t twisting out of place while gluing or sewing it down.
• The stylist will then make finishing touches, that help the front closure blend better
• To Remove, the professional stylist will use 90% proof Alcohol if glued on. Works fast on removing the adhesive from the lace closure & leaves no residue on skin or your natural hair, and is removed easily causing no damage. If sewn in then the wool is cut and the lace closure is easily removed with zero damage to your natural hair.

Description

Machine-wefted hair is commonly known as hair on “tracks,” or a weave. Our factory uses loose or "bulk" hair and it is fed through a triple-head sewing machine to add a reinforced stitching, together with strong glue, near the top (root) of the individual strands. This prevents tangling and shedding. There are many different methods of sewing. Our Factory uses the most shed-resistant method. The hair is then folded over and stitched again to create the final wefted extensions.

While mostly used as a technique for Sewn-In, our machine wefted hair extensions are also used to create our clip in sets. One weft (single track) makes a Clip In (Half Set), Two wefts (double Track) make a Clip In (Full Set)

Our Hand Tied Wefts are sewn together by hand, making the weft portion of the hair much thinner than Machine Tied Wefts. When sewn into your natural hair, our Hand Tied Wefts lay flat against your scalp to provide a more natural look.

The stitching, much like the machine wefts above are reinforced, together with strong glue, near the top (root) of the individual strands. This prevents tangling and shedding.

Description

Our keratin strands are bonded using our unique Italian keratin (strongest but most gentile in the market), a by-product of hair (not glue), and our unique non shedding manufacturing process. Our bonded keratin easily breaks down whilst removing causing zero damage to the hair (must be installed by a professional - refer installation tab)

A specialized hot tool, which we sell, is used to soften the pre-bonded keratin tip to allow it to fuse to a section of your natural hair. Our Italian keratin is very gentle on your hair. It melts without having to reach too high temperature, so that your natural hair does not damage during installation.

Our Full Lace Wigs are made entirely of French or Swiss Lace. Our Full lace wigs can be pulled into a high ponytail and up-do's, as opposed to our lace front wigs (full lace wigs are a bit more versatile than a lace front wig). If a lace front wig is pulled back, it is usually obvious that it is a wig. Lace front wigs are suitable for you if you don’t ever tie your hair up, then it looks as natural as a full lace wig (it’s a bit cheaper so worth considering). Our full lace wigs allows high ponytail and up-do's & to part the hair any way you want. Our wigs and closures are all double knotted, with glue to prevent shedding. Our Lace wig’s densities are measured as a percentage. The higher the percentage, the thicker the hair density on the wig.

• French lace : Is slightly thicker and more durable compared to the Swiss lace with small holes manufactured into the lace.

Description

Our Lace Front Wigs: have a small sheer lace panel along the front hairline attached to the front of the wig. The hair strands are hand sewn in to the holes of the lace. The rest of the wig cap is made out of a stronger material that will not tear as easily as the lace. Shipping Delays – We have a 95% success rate with delivering within the 7 to 10 working days.

If you have a deadline to meet such as a major event in your life then please order well in advance. Don't wait until 7 to 10 working days prior to the event . This is for the reasons given below.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused, by factors, such as, customs, forex, holidays carrier delays., strikes, theft, & natural disasters

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Salon Maintenance

• Because of hair growth & wear, the joins (bonds [keratin & micro], stitching, glue, tape in or lace), start to show & loosen. if left too long the regrowth starts to tangle and can cause breakage to your own hair. They must be professionally removed and replaced before it gets to that point.
  • • weaves & lace closures: every 3 to 4 months  
    • strands (keratin bonded) every 2 to 3 months & (micro bonded) every 6 to 8 weeks
    • wigs & frontal closures (180 ear to ear & 360) 3 to 4 weeks,
    • tape in 6 to 8 weeks

Clip ins & Halo extensions can be washed, at home or in a salon, and must be washed independently, not whilst attached to your head.

• book an appointment with your stylist to remove, wash, re bond (strands only), and reuse the same hair extensions or wig

Home maintenance

Guidelines to achieve perfect result:

Shampoo

Wash hair backwards in a shower or a bath. Wash with a salon professional product shampoo that does not contain sulphate. Sulphate can loosen the joins on all hair extensions installation techniques, shampoo and rinse as normal. Condition hair well and then use soft bristle brush and brush from tip to top to prevent tangling and then rinse conditioner very well.

Avoid using sulphate shampoos. oils or silicone-based products, on your hair extensions, specifically near the attachments.

Brushing

You must brush from tip to root very well. You have to brush hair to keep bonding separate and to prevent tangling around bonds.

Styling

Dry hair and style as normal – blow-drying, setting or curling. Use of a heating or straightening Iron must not be used on top of the joins or bonds. You may use any styling or gel products at discretion of your stylist.

Swimming

Tie your hair into a ponytail or plat and rinse seawater or chlorine water after swimming.

Sleeping

• Never go to bed while your hair extensions are wet. Wet hair extensions will bunch up and tangle.
• Best to plat or braid your hair every night before sleeping

Working Out

When doing any sports, dancing, gym, steaming, and sauna please keep your hair tied up, or platted, to help prevent tangling. Remember you have long hair so it will be in the way while doing any type of sport activity.

We are not aware of any other company, in the industry offering a guarantee of this nature. As a norm hair extensions and wigs are sold, as is, and no returns possible.

Perceived Product Manufacturing Defects must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any requests after 30 calendar days unfortunately will not be honoured

Certifications, pictures of clients done and references, may be requested, by us, from your Installer (salon, stylist), in the event of a perceived manufacturing fault in the product

We want to ensure the damaged hair is not caused by poor, inexperienced technicians, as is quite often the case.

• The damaged hair must not be removed from the clients head until inspected by a Diva Divine qualified technician
• Pictures must be taken of the damaged hair on the client and sent to our customer support team (Contact Us page)
• Diva Divine will not replace any merchandise which has been processed such as cut, permed, coloured, lifted etc.
• Steps will be taken by us, to determine if the product is defective or not. This may include treatments to rectify the problem, lab testing locally in our workshop & or physical inspections by professionals.
• In the event of a product defect, the defective hair must be returned to us and sent back to our factory overseas to be replaced

Exchanges

No exchanges, despite never taking the product out its original packaging, are allowed, as the hair was bought by you online, and the order was customized specifically for you. We can try resell it for you, through our large distribution channel, on your behalf. But you may wait a while, especially if the item is not that poplar. Also, you are not guaranteed to be offered exactly what you paid for it.
